  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of hot water.
  2. Whisk the mixture using a hand whisk or electric mixer until it becomes thick and frothy, which may take about 3-5 minutes with a hand whisk.
  3. Fill a glass with your preferred milk, adding ice if desired.
  4. Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk, creating a layer on top.
  5. When ready to sip, stir the frothy coffee into the milk and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with garnishes such as cocoa powder or cinnamon for added flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and whisk to restore fluffiness before serving.
