Method
 

  1. #### **Step 1: Prepare the Cucumber**
  2. Thinly slice the cucumber using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  3. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let sit for **5 minutes** to remove excess moisture.
  4. Pat dry with a paper towel.
