Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 piece cucumber, sliced Choose firm cucumbers for best texture.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Adds flavor and color.
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine or apple cider) Both types work well.
  • to taste pinch salt Sprinkle on cucumbers beforehand for added flavor.
  • to taste pinch pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all your produce thoroughly.
  2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely slice the red onion.
  4. Combine them in a large mixing bowl.
Add Fresh Herbs and Dressing
  1. Chop the fresh parsley and add it to the bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss everything gently to ensure all the ingredients are well coated.
  2. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for an hour to enhance the flavors.

Notes

This salad is best enjoyed fresh. If preparing in advance, consider serving the dressing on the side to maintain crunchiness.
