  • 2 large cucumbers Use fresh cucumbers for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream Full-fat yogurt is recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers under cold water. Cut off both ends and slice them thinly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped fresh dill, Greek yogurt or sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the sliced cucumbers to the dressing and toss gently until well coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
  5. Before serving, give it a gentle toss, adjust seasoning if necessary, and enjoy!

Notes

Make this salad ahead of time for more flavor. It stays fresh for 2-3 days when stored in an airtight container. Best served cold.
