Preparation
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, then slice them into rounds about ½ inch thick.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Assembly
  1. Using a small spoon or piping bag, dollop a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
