Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a pie dish or baking pan with olive oil.
- Wash and chop the fresh spinach, ensuring to strain any liquid if using thawed frozen spinach.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Add the eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pie dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the pie is set in the center and golden brown around the edges. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
Serving
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
For variations, use different cheeses like feta. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
