Preparation
- Rinse the grapes under cold water and pat them dry with a clean paper towel. Ensure grapes are completely dry for the best candy coating adherence.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the candy coating or chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and completely melted.
- Dip each grape into the melted candy coating, making sure to fully cover it, then shake off any excess coating.
- If using toppings, place them in a shallow dish. Roll the coated grape in the toppings to fully coat it.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated grapes on the sheet. Transfer them to the fridge for 15-30 minutes to set.
- Once the coating is firm, serve the Crunchy Candy Grapes on a platter for a colorful presentation.
Notes
To store, keep the grapes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for best quality within 2-3 days. They can be frozen for about a month; just thaw in the fridge overnight.
