Preparation
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes to chill your drink.
- Pour in 2 oz of Crown Royal Peach Whiskey and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice. If you like it sweeter, add 1/2 oz of peach schnapps.
- Secure the lid on your shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a serving glass filled with ice.
- Top the drink with 4 oz of lemon-lime soda or tonic water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish your drink with fresh peach slices and a few mint leaves.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Avoid freezing as the soda may lose its fizz.
