  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • ΒΌ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Preparation
  1. Start by slicing the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and trimming the green beans.
Layering
  1. Place the diced onion at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the garlic.
  2. Layer the sliced kielbasa over the onion and garlic.
  3. Scatter the prepared green beans across the top.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. For a kick, add red pepper flakes.
Cooking
  1. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the ingredients in the crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the green beans are tender.
