  • 1/2 cup milk Can be dairy or plant-based.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
  1. Start by trimming any excess fat from the chicken breasts and cutting the broccoli into small florets.
Layering
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Adding Broccoli
  1. Scatter the broccoli florets over the chicken.
Mixing Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and milk until well combined.
  2. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and set it on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cheese to let it melt.
Serving
  1. Stir everything together to combine the flavors and serve hot.
