  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Scatter the broccoli florets evenly over the chicken.
  4. In a bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce and chicken broth, then pour this mixture evenly over the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and gently stir everything to mix the flavors. Serve over optionally prepared pasta.

Notes

For variations, consider using halal chicken sausages or tofu. Use pre-cooked chicken for quicker preparation. Avoid overcooking the broccoli for a crisp texture.
