- Grease the bottom of your slow cooker lightly to enhance easy clean-up later on.
- Cut the beef kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix. Mix well before sprinkling it evenly over the sausage pieces.
- Slice the unsalted butter into pats and add them on top of the sausage and seasonings.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, gently stir to combine the sausage and seasonings, then serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
For alternative proteins, turkey sausage can be a great Halal-friendly option. If you're pressed for time, cooking on high for 3-4 hours will still give you great results without sacrificing flavor. Avoid overloading your cooker for best results.
