Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
Fold the sides over and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Frying Time:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the rolls in the pan, cooking until golden brown on all sides (about 2-3 minutes).
Drain and Serve:
