Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut stale sourdough into even cubes, about 1 inch in size.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed sourdough with olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss until each cube is coated.
- Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for future use. Reheat in a toaster oven or bake at 300°F until crisp.
