Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Coating and Baking
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg wash and then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced out for even cooking.
- Spray a little olive oil on top for a golden crispiness.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Serve warm, perhaps with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For vegan options, substitute Parmesan cheese with nutritional yeast. Flip the bites halfway for even crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to prevent steaming.
