Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken wings in cold water and pat them dry using paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Tossing and Serving
  1. If using sauce, let the wings cool slightly, then toss them in a bowl with your favorite sauce.
  2. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or celery sticks if desired.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake the wings for a few additional minutes, experimenting with different spices and herbs for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container, refrigerating for up to 3 days or freezing for up to one month.
