Preparation
- Preheat the Oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the chicken wings in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the dried wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix to coat wings evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping wings halfway through.
- (Optional) After baking, if desired, toss wings in hot sauce or other favorite sauces.
Serving
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
