Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken wings in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the dried wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix to coat wings evenly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping wings halfway through.
  2. (Optional) After baking, if desired, toss wings in hot sauce or other favorite sauces.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
