  2. Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of heavy cream and beat until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until well mixed.
  4. Add Mangoes: Fold in diced mango pieces and lime juice, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Chill Time: Transfer mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Serve with Crunch: Scoop ice cream into bowls and top each serving with crispy rice cereal.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if it becomes too solid.
