Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the almond flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder until there are no clumps.
- Add the egg and olive oil into the dry mixture and stir until well combined. Add water gradually until the dough holds together.
- Lay the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares or rectangles using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Transfer the crackers with the bottom parchment onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet before breaking them apart.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Freeze for up to 3 months for longer storage. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes to restore crunchiness.
