  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional) For garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) Add for a kick of spice.

Preparation
  1. Start by rinsing the shrimp under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel to ensure they crisp up nicely in the pan.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
Serving
  1. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley if you like, and serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes
