Preparation

- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top the casserole with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top.
Baking
- Place the casserole in the oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the casserole sit for 5-10 minutes before serving to let it set.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider adding veggies like spinach or bell peppers. For an extra crispy top, broil the casserole for the last 2-3 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
