- Add a generous amount of shredded birria meat evenly across the surface.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the meat.
- Add diced onions and jalapeños if desired.
Baking
- Transfer your pizza onto the preheated stone or a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
Serving
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and slice.
- Serve with extra birria broth for dipping.
