  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro For garnish
  • 1-2 pieces sliced jalapeños Optional, for added spice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assembling the Pizza
  1. Spread a thin layer of birria broth over the dough.
  2. Add a generous amount of shredded birria meat evenly across the surface.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the meat.
  4. Add diced onions and jalapeños if desired.
Baking
  1. Transfer your pizza onto the preheated stone or a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
Serving
  1. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and slice.
  2. Serve with extra birria broth for dipping.
