  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for the ideal baking temperature.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, leaving space between them. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. For an extra crispy skin, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
