- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure even distribution of flavors.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs together and add the olive oil to help the breadcrumbs stick to the fish.
- Dip each fillet into the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drip off before coating it in the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the fish to create a solid coating.
- Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
