Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the chicken wings in cold water, then pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Toss the dried chicken wings in the bowl with the seasoning mix until fully coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the chicken wings in a single layer.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
- Flip the wings halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for doneness—wings should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serving
- If desired, toss the wings in your favorite sauce before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes.
