- Coat with Breadcrumbs: Roll each sausage-covered egg in breadcrumbs. For a crunchier texture, dip the egg in beaten egg before rolling in breadcrumbs.
Cooking
- Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the Scotch eggs with olive oil to enhance crispiness. Place them in the air fryer basket (make sure they aren’t touching) and cook for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
