Method
Preparation
- Start by patting the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly for even seasoning.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Making the Sauce
- While the chicken cooks, melt the butter in a small pan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, then stir in the honey until combined.
Serving
- Once the chicken is cooked, transfer the tenders to a large bowl.
- Pour the honey butter garlic sauce over the tenders and toss gently until well-coated.
- Plate and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes at 375°F (190°C) to restore crispiness.
