Preparation
- Cook the chicken in the air fryer until golden brown and crispy, according to your air fryer instructions. Allow it to cool slightly before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
- On a large tortilla, lay down a generous portion of chopped crispy chicken. Sprinkle on shredded mozzarella cheese followed by lettuce, diced tomatoes, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to create a neat wrap.
- If desired, place the wraps back in the air fryer for a minute or two to help the cheese melt and the outside crisp up even more.
- Slice in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Feel free to swap chicken for turkey or roasted chickpeas for a vegetarian option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
