- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent rolls and gently press them into the bottom of a greased small baking dish, creating a crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked sausage and cheese until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crescent crust in the baking dish, ensuring even distribution.
- Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes, then cut into squares. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
