- Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer to thicken slightly.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Italian seasoning, then return the chicken to the skillet.
Final Touch
- Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Finish with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
