Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the broccoli carefully and chop the florets into bite-sized pieces for a pleasant crunch.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth and creamy, adding a little water if necessary.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the chopped broccoli with the tahini dressing, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and give it a good toss once more.
  5. Enjoy immediately or let it chill for a bit to enhance the flavors.

Notes

For substitutions, sunflower seed butter can be used as a nut-free alternative. For optimal freshness, consume within the first couple of days. Revive leftovers with a drizzle of olive oil.
