Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
Cooking
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the dish to rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze prior to baking for up to 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
