  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to garnish Fresh parsley

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Caesar dressing with the heavy cream and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Pour the creamy Caesar mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, with an internal temperature reaching 165°F (74°C).
  7. Once done, remove it from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist. Ensure chicken is of even thickness for even cooking, and avoid overcooking by using a meat thermometer. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
