  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking

  • for garnish Fresh parsley Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by seasoning your chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let it simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan, coating it with the creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for around a month. Reheat on low heat to maintain creamy texture.
