Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For searing chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to garlic preference
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a rich sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt For seasoning
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped Adds color and flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Searing Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Garlic Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  3. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and nestle them into the sauce.
  2. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing them to absorb the flavors.
  3. Plate the chicken and spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the top.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. For reheating, use a splash of chicken broth to keep the chicken moist.
