- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Searing Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and sear for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Garlic Sauce
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Combine and Serve
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and nestle them into the sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing them to absorb the flavors.
- Plate the chicken and spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. For reheating, use a splash of chicken broth to keep the chicken moist.
