Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Sauce Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is recommended for better flavor
Seasoning and Garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Searing the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Lower the heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese, letting it melt into the creamy sauce.
  2. Add cooked chicken and pasta back into the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
Serving
  1. Plate the creamy garlic butter chicken and rotini, sprinkling fresh parsley on top for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for optimal flavor. Adjust creaminess by replacing half the heavy cream with chicken broth if desired. Avoid overcooking the chicken for better texture.
