- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter. Use an electric mixer to beat them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until everything is fully combined and the dip is nice and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the crushed Cadbury mini eggs, chocolate chips, and pastel sprinkles into the creamy mixture until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. For an extra festive touch, sprinkle some additional crushed Cadbury mini eggs and pastel sprinkles on top for decoration.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit. If you prefer to prepare in advance, you can refrigerate it until you’re ready to serve.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients. Do not overmix when folding in the mix-ins. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
