Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and optional seasonings until fully combined.
  3. Sauté the mixed vegetables in a skillet over medium heat until just tender.
  4. Add the sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese into the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Lightly grease a pie dish or an 8x8-inch baking dish. Pour the quiche mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until puffed up and the center is set.
