- Start by gathering and measuring all your ingredients.
Mix the Base
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Using a hand mixer, beat them together until creamy and well blended.
Add the Flavor
- Stir in the drained corn, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
Chill and Serve
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving; however, you can also serve it immediately with your favorite chips or veggies.
Notes
This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Allowing it to chill enhances the flavors. You can also add diced jalapeƱos for a spicy kick or black beans for extra texture.
