  • 1 can 1 can of corn (15 oz), drained
  • 1 cup 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened to avoid lumps.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup sour cream Can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering and measuring all your ingredients.
Mix the Base
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Using a hand mixer, beat them together until creamy and well blended.
Add the Flavor
  1. Stir in the drained corn, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
Chill and Serve
  1. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving; however, you can also serve it immediately with your favorite chips or veggies.

Notes

This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Allowing it to chill enhances the flavors. You can also add diced jalapeƱos for a spicy kick or black beans for extra texture.
