Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Ensure your vanilla ice cream is softened slightly for easier blending.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream and milk. Start blending on a low speed, allowing the ice cream to begin breaking down.
  2. Once combined, add the crushed Oreo cookies to the blender and blend for another 10-15 seconds until well incorporated but still retaining some texture.
  3. Give your milkshake a taste test. If it’s too thick, add more milk; if it’s too thin, add more ice cream.
Serving
  1. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.
  2. Top generously with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top.
  3. Enjoy immediately with a straw.

Notes

For a creamier milkshake, use half-and-half instead of milk. Ensure ice cream is slightly softened before blending for the best texture. Avoid over-blending to maintain cookie chunks.
