- Begin by pouring the coconut milk and blue raspberry slush mix into a blender.
- Next, add the two cups of ice. Crushed or cubed ice will work; the goal is to create that slushy consistency!
- If you prefer a sweeter drink, add the tablespoon of sugar at this point. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Ensure that the mixture is slushy but not too runny. If it’s too thin, add a bit more ice and blend until you achieve the desired texture.
- Pour the slushie into your favorite glass and top it with fresh blueberries and coconut flakes.
- Grab a straw or a spoon and enjoy your icy treat!
Notes
While best enjoyed fresh, leftovers can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 week. Thaw slightly before blending to restore texture. Adjust sweetness to taste and ensure enough ice for the perfect slushy texture.
