  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (optional) Can be drizzled on top before serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters, placing the pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and well combined.
Baking
  1. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring that all the pieces are drenched.
  2. Dust the mixture with cinnamon and drizzle melted butter on top.
  3. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and the center is set.
  4. Allow to cool slightly, then drizzle with maple syrup if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For lighter options, consider low-fat cream cheese. Watch baking times as ovens may vary. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
