  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and the ranch seasoning mix. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the seasoned chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is wholly coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Once done, remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently in the oven.
