Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and the ranch seasoning mix. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the seasoned chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is wholly coated.
Cooking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently in the oven.
