Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out for about 30 minutes or microwaving it for 10 seconds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually blend in the caramel sauce until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the toffee bits gently.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with fresh apple slices.

Notes

This dip is best served cold or at room temperature. To prolong the life of leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
