Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, chopped celery, chopped onion, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined and moist.
- Roll small portions into balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and enjoy warm.
Notes
Store unused balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
