  • 1/4 cup chicken broth May add more if needed for moisture.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, chopped celery, chopped onion, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined and moist.
  4. Roll small portions into balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden.
  2. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and enjoy warm.

Notes

Store unused balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
