  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the wheel of brie cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon the mixture generously over the brie.
Baking
  1. Bake the brie in the oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired.
  2. Serve warm with your favorite crackers or slices of bread.

Notes

If you're allergic to nuts, substitute pecans with pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. Bake the brie right before serving for best results and avoid overbaking to prevent it from becoming rubbery.
