- Transfer the browned beef to the crockpot. Add in the chopped onion, minced garlic, black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together lovingly, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.
Cooking
- Set your crockpot to low and let it cook for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. The longer it cooks, the more flavor it develops!

- Once ready, give the soup a final stir and serve it hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Substitutions: You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option. For maximum flavor, let it simmer longer when cooking on low. Drain and rinse canned beans to remove excess sodium.
