Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry using paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in any additional spices for extra flavor.
- Pour half of the melted butter over the seasoned wings and toss to coat.
- Spread the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake for 30 minutes, then flip the wings and brush with the remaining butter mixture.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For healthier alternatives, olive oil can replace butter. Ensure wings are not overcrowded on the baking sheet for crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes.
