Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixer, combine the cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into your desired flatbread size—about ¼ inch thick.
Cooking
  1. Place the crust in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until it’s golden brown and slightly firm.
  2. Remove the crust from the oven and spread a layer of pizza sauce on top. Add your favorite toppings and a sprinkle of additional cheese, if desired.
  3. Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
