Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cooling and Serving
- Let the brownies cool completely in the dish before lifting them out. Before serving, sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top.
